A Dreamy Duo of Trios (& More)
There’s a brief but brilliant duo of new tracks this week, plus a couple of bonus releases. Let’s give them all their due.

Coming down off the mammoth Muse Music Monday post from earlier this week, this New Music Friday there’s a brief yet brilliant duo of new tracks to share.
But first, let’s join the unstoppable Suzanne Chesterton on another journey through the stars.
⭐⭐⭐
Interstellar Bach
Back at the top of the week we were blessed with a brand new episode of Suzanne Chesterton’s Voyager Radio, which has officially become an essential part of my regularly scheduled programming.
Currently published on the monthly, April’s episode 196 was host to not one, not two, but THREE Siskin remixes — including a sneak peak at today’s featured release.
We were also treated to entries by PARAFRAME, Daxson and a truly trippy take on Bach’s ‘Toccata and Fugue in D minor’, reworked by T78 & Mariana BO into a banging mainstage track called “Voices”.
If you’re looking for an impeccably produced set to add to your regular rotation, I highly recommend following Suzanne & Voyager Radio on Soundcloud or subscribing to the show in your podcast app of choice.
And if you’re a sci-fi fan / budding astronomy enthusiast like me, I hope you also find Suzanne’s brilliant theming a delightful additional treat! The woman is a pro, and it shows.
Siskin x 3 = Happy, Happy, Happy
Of course, if you’re a fan of Siskin, you may already be a regular listener of Voyager Radio, but if you’re not then there’s one more reason you should be … sneak peeks of new Siskin releases!!!
As I mentioned, Episode 196 was the spot where I first heard our top drop of the week, which also happens to be the third of the ‘We Are Siskin’ remixes we’ve been gifted with so far this year!
Following off the oh-so-dreamy Maratone Remix of ‘Always You’ and the ‘straight out of the end credits of a Bourne movie’ Dennis Sheperd Remix of ‘Let Go’, for this week’s release Sue and Suzanne have teamed up with “Winchester based DJ/producer, label owner and journalist,” Paul Sawyer, for what Suzanne called a “super progressive” remix of ‘Are We Dreaming’.
Given that I’m only in the second month of my EDM era, and am still learning what makes the genres different from one another, I will say that I enjoy the intensity Saywer brought to his rework, and I’ll definitely be adding this mix to my personal collection.
Also, whoever is designing these Siskin album covers is my personal graphic arts hero!

Defying Gravity
The second in our duo of featured tracks this week is a collab between the master of “cinematic techno”, KILL SCRIPT, and Christina’s co-conspirator on the bi-continental banger ‘Fallen Ones’, Linney.
Both riding high on recent solo releases — KILL SCRIPT having had taken the top-of-the-year festival circuit by storm with his as yet unreleased track ‘On the Low’ and Linney unleashing her triple-threat writer, performer, producer cred on ‘Daisies’ — ‘Gravity’ is their second collab in two years, and what a blessing it is that they decided to work together again.
Co-written with Brittany Egbert, who recently released a perfect-for-summer cover of Snow Patrol’s ‘Chasing Cars’ with her band Sea to Sky, ‘Gravity’ is a pulsing melodic techno track that masterfully balances Linney’s etheric vocals over KILL SCRIPT’s swift, grounding beats.
Debuted on episode 257 of Xabi Only’s Journeys, alongside the other tracks from Tomorrowland’s ‘RISE’ Vol. 1 (Extended Mixes), ‘Gravity’ is available to stream or download on your favourite platform now. #GetIt

And if you’re in a place in the world where you could use a healthy dose of summer vibes, give Chasing Cars a spin. It’s been doing my ‘Alberta girl going on 7.5 months of winter’ heart a LOAD of good.

That’s all I’ve got for you this week, Fam!
I hope at least one these releases gives you exactly what you need most right now, and if there’s something else that dropped this week that’s doing the trick, feel free to leave a link to it in the comments below.
Thanks for stopping by!
